DARKER WOOD TONES
Darker wood tones create a feel of warmth if balanced out with the right wall color and flooring choice. Adding the stainless hood and lighter floor creates a nice balance in the kitchen. The lighting inside the cabinets, the big kitchen window, invites nature into the house. It is a tree house feel. If you notice the cabinets are multi color and feature the golden, red, and brown tones that add depth and interest. The counter they chose has many facets to the pattern, and reflects the soft lighting to bring out the light greens, golds and deeper tones pulling the outside in. If you look on the counter you see the tree leaves reflecting in the countertops. The greens in the counter match the color and pattern in nature, again adding to the tree house feel. The double ovens also blend in with the kitchen and the coral, things on the shelf above the ovens, the added stone wall to the left, shows this kitchen is meant to be a soothing, nurturing, soft lit cooking space. The flooring is not sealed and offers an earthy, leave the shoes at the door, live in nature lifestyle. Bring Nature In.
